3. Advance Loans & Estimates
We offer completely free estimates and facilitate advance loans up to $7,500. Please note that all advance loans are subject to approval by our third-party banking partners. The final loan amount you qualify for is determined by your specific tax documentation and the bank’s underwriting criteria.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when submitting your tax, business, or personal documents. You are solely responsible for keeping your contact information up to date so we can securely communicate with you regarding your filings.
5. Security & Document Submission
We provide a secure, 256-bit SSL encrypted portal for document submission, as well as options to submit via email, text, or in-person. While we maintain highly confidential security measures, you acknowledge that no digital transmission is 100% secure, and you use these digital submission methods at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Tax Services and its specialists (including Brandy Tantes) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any penalties incurred due to inaccurate information provided by the client.
